1. What is my Buyer's Guarantee?

The Bath Rugby Seat Exchange stands firmly behind the seats sold through our service. Once a sale is confirmed, we guarantee that you will receive the tickets you purchased. After you receive an order confirmation from us, if for any unforeseen reason the seats you selected are not available, Seatexchange.com will provide comparable or better seats.

In the unlikely event that we cannot find replacement tickets, we will refund your money in full. We will also ensure that your details remain secure and no information is passed to the seller regarding the identity of the person who has purchased their seat.

2. What is my Seller's Guarantee?

Once a sale is confirmed, we guarantee that you will receive payment for the seat(s) you have sold provided you send in your voucher(s) to the Bath Rugby Ticket Office and do not attempt to attend the match. The voucher is to be received by the Club no later than 72 hours prior to the game. If you sell your ticket between 72 hours and 48 hours prior to the game, the voucher must be received by the Ticket Office 24 hours prior to kick-off. We will also ensure that your details remain secure and no information is passed to the Buyer regarding the identity of the person whose seat they have purchased.
